This dynamic role supports office and project tasks, collaborating regularly with field staff, project managers, and corporate teams. Core Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office operations, including coordination, communication, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist project managers and field staff with documentation, reporting, and project setup
  • Manage project-related records, including formatting, uploading, and tracking documents
  • Handle invoicing support and basic financial administration (AP/AR tracking and coordination)
  • Maintain organized systems for files, records, and correspondence
  • Help ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and in alignment with company standards

You’ll thrive here if you have

  • High school diploma (or equivalent); additional education is a plus
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Bonus: Experience in construction, environmental services, or project-based work
