The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an AP Senior Analyst – Manual Payments Approver (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will drive digital transformation and make an impact by:
Reviewing and realizing payments (manual, batch, ACH, checks payment) in timely manner for various Solventum Legal Entities according to the internal controls established
Checking incoming payment requests
Validating and verifying the payments directly on banking portals
Issue resolution for payment rejection
Operating process controls and highlights potential defects
Maintaining good relationships with customers through efficient and comprehensive answering questions and proactively addressing issues
Training delivery for new team members and daily support
Handling first level escalation
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Higher Education
Minimum two years’ experience in Global Shared Services, Accounts Payable or RTR Department
Knowledge of SAP or another ERP, MS Excel
Good knowledge of English language
Ability to work in a team, customer-oriented
Accuracy and ability to work under time pressure

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience in working with corporate banking portals
Knowledge about manual payments processes
Knowledge about SOX audit controls
Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wrocław office at least 1 day per week)
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
