Executive Assistant - Your future role?
As an Executive Assistant in Vernier, you will provide multiple administrative support to the Head of Global IT and IT Management team and ensure smooth coordination of specific events.
You will report to the Head of Global IT.
Your main responsibilities:

Administration: management of specific written communications, calendars, travels, and provide multiple support to the Head of Global IT and IT management team, including preparation of meetings and required materials

Organising and Scheduling: leading the organisation of several IT main global events such as management committees, in charge of preparing the agenda, preparing meeting presentations and coordinating invitations and arranging logistics.

Interdepartmental liaison: build relationships with the IT all partners to coordinate the necessary activities, update the IT management team on upcoming activities and communicate progress on tasks.

Other ad-hoc projects upon request and act as back-up to the Executive Assistant of Givaudan Business Solutions
You have:

Swiss CFC diploma or university degree
-
3+ years of experience in a similar position within a multinational company
-
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
-
Proficiency in French is a plus
-
Good sense of prioritisation and communication to deal with all levels in the organisation

Proficient in managing every collaboration tools: emails, Microsoft office
