Compensation:
New hires for this position typically start between $87 930.70 and $117 240.93 based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range. WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Clinical SUD Manager provides quality treatment services to clients with substance use disorders using evidence-based and promising practices. The Clinical SUD Manager provides supervision to SUDPTs, SUDPs, SUD Peer Specialists, and SUD Clinical Supervisor to include review of assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, progress toward continuation of services, authorization of care, and the direct observation of delivery of clinical care.
This position supervises employees and provides clinical supervision.
The below requirements differentiate this position from the Clinical SUD Supervisor:
- 2 years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions
- 2 years of clinical supervisory experience
PRIMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership, Management, and Supervision
- Leads, supervises, and supports assigned staff.
- Implements and executes personnel management processes to support recruitment, selection, orientation, training, supervision and evaluation of program staff, volunteers, and practicum student/interns.
- Completes performance management tasks and continuous feedback and coaching for assigned staff.
- Ensures clinical staff meet and maintain credentialing requirements.
- Ensures adequate staffing and coverage for client services and program needs.
- Engages in ongoing program planning and development.
- Supports maintenance, execution, and tracking of program budget.
