🔧 Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing accurate diagnostics and quality repairs per manufacturer and dealership standards
- Completing full system checks, troubleshooting, and road-testing
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Communicating with service advisors regarding job progress and time estimates
- Participating in company-paid training to stay current with new tech
- Representing our company values in all customer and team interactions
- 3+ years experience as an automotive technician
- Automotive trade school training preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications (or willingness to earn them) are a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A positive, customer-focused mindset with pride in your work
