THE JOB:

As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the warm welcome that sets the tone for unforgettable experiences at our resort. With a focus on understanding each guest's unique needs, you'll create enjoyable experiences that leave lasting memories. If you're ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service, we want you on our team!

THE STARTING RATE:  $15.75 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls courteously and efficiently, maintaining composure during high volume interactions.

• Provide dispatch services for guest requests, including luggage assistance, room service orders, wake-up calls, check-outs, and special requests.

• Perform data entry for requested services related to housekeeping, front desk, bell, limo, and facilities.

• Inform guests about property functions and facilities, maintaining accurate records for all requests.

• Dispatch bell and limo runs following front service department policies.

• Maintain complete knowledge of room service menu items and recommend additional food options.

• Operate the beeper system and TDD machine as needed.

• Relay important observations and suggestions to management based on customer interactions to improve processes and service offerings.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ Years of prior experience in a high-volume call center or relevant customer service experience in a luxury hotel setting is preferred

• Able and willing to work 3:00pm-11:45pm on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays including holidays with option to pick up additional shifts
