Mindex’s Software Development division is the go-to software developer for enterprise organizations looking to engage teams of skilled technical resources to help them plan, navigate, and execute through the full software product lifecycle.

We seek a Sr. Java Developer to provide technical direction, validate requirements, perform analysis and design applications. This person will represent the department by leading work and providing guidance to others.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software to meet requirements
• Design and develop test automation code
• Perform comprehensive analysis and design for large-scale prject initiatives
• Serve as technical leader by making significant technical contributions, providing technical direction and troubleshooting, and evaluating new technologies for adoption
• Act as a focal point to communicate project design and status to senior management
• Provide project level estimates and lead team through story level estimation efforts
• Ensure team compliance with SDLC standards and CD/CI procedures and introduce new new standards and opportunities for improvements
• Maintain existing code base, monitoring for failures in non-prod environments
• Support changes during quality assurance, user accptance testing, and post implementation
• Initiate and facilitate partnerships between multiple software engineering and delivery teams

Requirements

• BS degree in computer related discipline or equivalent work experience

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000 and represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
