About the Role

As a Account Manager, you will deepen the relationship with client partners, becoming a trusted advisor and solutions consultant. You will provide excellent customer support and value added services to ensure retention and renewal of our customers. You will build and manage relationships to identify opportunities for sales of new and additional Solutions products.
 

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with our customer base

• Seeking opportunities and avenues for growth and owning renewal conversations.

• Building and maintaining a territory-based account plan for each of your institutional relationships

• Mastering delivery and execution of Challenger and Solution selling tactics.

• Developing innovative strategies to promote usage and growth within accounts

• Demonstrating our suite of products via web presentations and onsite meetings.

• Meeting or exceeding activity, pipeline and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Possess advanced skills in SaaS Solutions sales and account management

• Be skilled in the use of Salesforce

• Able to demonstrate and sell value to key partners across a complex university hierarchy

• Able to travel up to 40% of the time
