We’re currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Administrative Assistant in our West Jordan, Utah office.

Duties Include

• Provide administrative support for Managers.
• Process freight quotes.
• Track and monitor outbound freight shipments for accurate delivery dates
• Send claims through shipping carriers for damaged/lost equipment
• Assist w/FTL needs
• Order and take inventory supply stock counts
• Assist in following up with production orders
• Create return shipping labels for sales/support teams. 

Requirements

• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated 
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality in all circumstances 
• Skilled in partnerships and teamwork
• Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite. 
• A positive attitude
• Be critical of processes and looks for ways to improve efficiencies.

Compensation

Hourly wage negotiable based on skill level and experience.
