Location: ATEK Metal Technologies | New Hampton, IA
Shift: 3rd Shift, 11pm – 7am

We're looking for a driven and safety-focused 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead one of our key overnight production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and respect by leading through example.
• Supervise and direct production operations to meet or exceed daily goals.
• Foster team engagement and ensure effective communication between shifts.
• Identify and implement process improvements that boost productivity and equipment uptime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including LOTO procedures and workplace hazard mitigation.
• Train, coach, and develop employees and shift leaders to uphold job expectations and performance standards.
• Monitor KPIs and production metrics, initiating corrective actions as needed.
