Cafe Staff - 8 Hour 1146

Primary Purpose:

Prepare and serve appropriate quantities of food to meet menu requirements. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and safety practices.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

• Texas Department of State Health Services-Food Handler Certification required or must obtain within 60 days of employment

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to work at a fast pace for duration of shift
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.; pantry, freezer, cooler and chemical items and all items in the kitchen used for production in preparing, cooking, serving, cleaning
• Pleasant demeanor, ability to work with staff, parents and children at all times during your shift
• Ability to work in a team environment
