Data & AI Support Intern –AI and Business Automation

What’s the mission of this internship?

To support the development and continuous improvement of AI and analytics solutions that empower our commercial teams and enhance decision-making across the business.

What will you be doing?

• Help maintain and improve our AI Assistant for Commercial Agents:

  • Modify prompts and configure the application.

  • Review document markdown and metadata with business users.

  • Upload and curate content for the chatbot.

• Participate in coordination meetings with international and business teams.

• Support Data & AI analytics tasks:

  • Assist with data analysis and ETL processes using Databricks.

  • Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.

  • Document and communicate findings clearly and effectively.

• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve tools and processes.

What are we looking for?

• Basic programming knowledge (preferably Python and SQL).

• Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics.

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a hands-on mindset.

• Advanced English (spoken and written) to collaborate with international teams.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
