Technical Solutions Architect - Trading Systems

At Talos, we're building the next generation of institutional crypto trading infrastructure. We're seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement complex trading solutions for our global client base.

Role Overview:
As a Solutions Architect, you'll lead technical discovery and implementation of the Talos platform for institutional clients. You'll work at the intersection of trading technology, client requirements, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive technical solution design and implementation for complex client integrations

• Partner with sales teams on technical aspects of client engagements

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for complex client implementations

• Collaborate with product teams to align development with client needs

• Manage stakeholder relationships across technical and business teams

Required Experience:

• Proven track record with front to back trading systems

• Strong background in technical solution design for financial services

• Experience with cloud deployments and B2B SaaS environments

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical integrations

• Clear communication skills across technical and business contexts

• Flexibility to work across global time zones
