Job DetailsJob Location: Farmingdale, ME 04344Position Type: Full TimeThe eBranch Member Experience Specialist (MES) is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences through digital and remote channels. This position combines advanced financial expertise with a deep understanding of virtual service delivery to establish, maintain, and grow member relationships. The eBranch MES provides personalized financial guidance, cross-sells credit union products, supports technical inquiries, and ensures that every interaction via phone, chat, or video reflects the Credit Union's service culture and commitment to excellence.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate is a motivated, team‑oriented professional with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Provide prompt, accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional service to all members/co-workers.
 Accurately process member transactions.
Maintain knowledge of all Credit Union products and services and financial education tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.

Education & Experience

High school education or GED
One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
