• Assist with the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems

• Support daily inspections and preventative maintenance tasks

• Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests

• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to ensure safety and efficiency

• Learn to troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues

• Help maintain records of repairs, inspections, and equipment servicing

• Participate in training programs and shadow experienced engineers to build technical skills

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
