Your opportunity

We’re looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Distribution Center in Bloomington, CA. You’ll be responsible for leading a distribution team on the 1st shift to achieve key business objectives.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of warehouse associates in our distribution center to achieve key business objectives.

• Provide excellent service to our customers using best practice methods, processes, and tools.

• Manage employee development, attendance, and production records.

• Address and resolve performance and/or personnel issues in a union environment through partnership with human resources.

• Promote a Zero Incident Safety Culture (ZISC) enforcing safety standards.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma: associate or bachelor's degree preferred

• 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced distribution environment

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing people; experience in a union environment preferred

• Able to work some weekends; flexible to work other shifts, as needed

• Lean experience a plus

• Salary: $76,400 - 111,980

• Bonus:  target bonus opportunity - 5%
