Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified professional for the role of Industrialization Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of engineering-based projects within the manufacturing and industrialization domain. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate operational plans for engineering projects, encompassing the design, implementation, and communication of project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
Monitor project progress and performance against established plans, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges to minimize delays.
Identify, develop, and procure the necessary resources required for project completion.
Prepare engineering standards, designs, and work specifications, along with developing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate in the selection of materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2 to 5 years of practical experience in project management.
Ability to independently manage smaller projects with low complexity or contribute to larger projects under the guidance of a senior project manager.
Proficient in working independently with general supervision.
Problem-solving skills for addressing difficult challenges, though typically not highly complex.
Capability to influence others within the job area through the clear explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
Salary Range: $65,000-75,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
