Our team is looking for an adaptable, hands-on billing coordinator to join our accounting & finance team in Feasterville, PA! As a billing coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational and technical aspects of the Company’s revenue accounting and reconciliations. You believe in taking ownership and getting things done right. You are able to manage chaos, create a sense of order, and are willing to support revenue accounting issues while juggling ever-changing priorities and demanding deadlines.

What you will do:

  • Validate invoices are submitted to client
  • Upload VMS invoices into client billing system
  • Manage accounts receivable requests to ensure requests are processed
  • Transfer invoices from quickbooks to our collections management tool
  • Review exception reporting on client billing information from salesforce and update as necessary
  • Set up projects in our accounting system
  • Support the revenue accounting team on ad-hoc projects
  • As needed, apply payments received against outstanding invoices, work with clients when remittance information is not received

Qualifications and skills:

  • 2+ years experience in a billing or revenue department
  • Dedication to the timely completion of all tasks, effective listening skills and the ability to ask educated questions at appropriate times. Inclinations to be a self-motivator, and apply flexibility/creativity, and conceptualization skills effectively with management
  • Demonstrative care in meeting deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently and also as part of a team.  Promote a positive and professional attitude toward other staff members
  • A professional working attitude
  • Flexibility in taking on new challenges
