It’s a mission that bonds our people across nearly 60 countries and a rich, diverse variety of nationalities and backgrounds. Working here means working with the world’s leading manufacturer of generic medicines, and the proud producer of many of the products on the World Health Organization’s Essential Medicines List. Today, at least 200 million people around the world take one of our medicines every single day. An amazing number, but we’re always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with.

The opportunity

The Senior Manager of Gx (Generics) Brand Strategy & Planning will lead Teva Europe’s generics Marketing Hub activities in this area, ensuring consistent governance, processes, guidance for generics brand strategy and associated activities across markets, develop the brand activation plan, and prepare Gx for upcoming launches. Acting as the lead for generics strategy in the hub, this role provides frameworks, templates, and strategic guidance that enable teams to develop high-quality brand plans and perform relevant tactical and tracking activities. By consolidating insights, aligning cross-functional inputs, and embedding best practices, the role ensures that generics brands are positioned effectively, consistently, and in line with Teva’s overall strategy.

  • Working closely with Hub lead on Gx marketing community of practice meetings to share learnings and best practices across EU markets
  • Consolidate market brand plans into a regional overview for visibility and leadership decision-making (without authoring local plans) and collaborate with country Gx marketing teams as needed
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of KPIs related to brand and marketing activities, reporting back to markets and regional teams
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors involved in tender and pricing processes, ensuring alignment with Hub governance and standards
