Project Manager, Staging & Integration Services (USA Remote)

The Role
We are seeking a dependable and coachable Project Manager to join our Staging & Integration Services (SIS) team. This role is ideal for someone with intermediate-level project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is eager to grow professionally. The SIS Project Manager will coordinate and oversee projects involving staging, integration, and related services, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experiences. 

Responsibilities include:

 Project Coordination and Execution

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for SIS-related services.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, technicians, warehouse staff, and other project managers.
• Lead solo projects and collaborate on multi-PM initiatives.
• Create project management documentation and manage all project documentation 

Scheduling and Resource Management 

• Maintain and manage project calendars to align with timelines and bench availability.
• Track inventory and project status through each phase of execution.
• Monitor and follow up on delays, issues, and dependencies.

Client Engagement 

• Run client-facing meetings to provide updates, gather requirements, and resolve concerns.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Issue Tracking Resolution 

• Document and track project issues to resolution.
• Escalate risks and blockers appropriately and drive mitigation strategies.

Internal Initiatives 

• Support internal SIS projects such as infrastructure upgrades, automation efforts, go-to-market strategies, and presales support.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in technical or operational environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Project, Excel, Word, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
• Coachable, dependable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience 

• Familiarity with staging, integration, or technical services environments.
• Basic understanding of inventory and logistics workflows.
• Experience in client-facing roles or service delivery.
