Job Description

We are on an exciting journey to transform our business processes and modernize our technology footprint around Sourcing to Pay (S2P) technology here at NBCUniversal!

The Enterprise S2P Product Team has end to end responsibility for the product strategy for Source to Pay functions. We are looking for a Principal Solution Architect, Source to Pay (S2P) applications to lead the definition and implementation of an over-arching Contingent Labor process, application consolidation and destination platform build up strategy, including solution design, solution architecture, roadmap development and operations.

The successful candidate will have a self-starter attitude with a passion and drive to perform work that is highly complex, varied in nature, and span multiple functional areas relating to contingent labor including sourcing, services procurement (SOW), operational procurement, supplier management, invoice management & and consolidation, and accounts payables through a Vendor Management System (VMS).

This role will be responsible for designing complex VMS solutions and guiding configuration and functional design. The candidate will be responsible for working with product leaders, business solutions and engineering partners to define the S2P VMS product strategy and an implementation roadmap, informed by a prioritized set of business requirements.

Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Curate and manage our Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to support contingent labor vendor performance management processes to include onboarding, offboarding and payments
  • Establish a strong network of collaboration with internal clients, vendors, and program management in to order to effectively manage day-to-day support of ongoing operations and resolve issues and escalate with VMS on technical fixes or customizations
  • Develop a deep understanding Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to support temporary staffing vendor capabilities and skillsets, to help recruiters and program management match vendors with internal labor demand
  • Implement a rigorous and disciplined VMS for managing vendor performance to include leading periodic reviews, monitoring key performance metrics (candidate quality, cost, time to fill, attrition), managing vendor relationships, performing root cause analysis and resolution, as well as developing and monitoring vendor improvement plans
  • Track and maintain vendor compliance, execute Governing Agreements and renewals; manage and improve vendor diversity, supporting ESG and DEI goals through proper VMS configuration
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with business partners in order to help fulfill their needs, build influence, challenge the status quo; educate and enforce compliance and adoption to procurement policies
  • Support all Contingent worker reporting and integrations with NBCU destination platforms
  • This resource will serve as a VMS Technical Owner within Operations & Technology (IT) team

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • 12+ years experience in Technology contingent labor program, managing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) technology and systems to include SAP Fieldglass (FG)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
