Our tech teams and business units use agile ways of working to create #GlobalHausbank solutions from our home market.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Commercial Banking Tribe Domain</b></p><p></p><p>You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe Domain, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.</p><p></p><p>We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.</p><p></p><p>Our tribe domain is on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape.</p><p></p><p>We are offering our services across several channels including Apps for mobile devices and web applications.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Lead UX / UI Designer</b></p><p></p><p>From first scribbles to the pixel(point)-perfect UI for our financial service applications, your creativity leads you through any obstacles at work.</p><p>You want to develop future mobile and online banking products and like to work in agile teams? Then you are right with us!</p><p></p><p>We are looking for a Lead UX / UI designer (m/w/d) to strengthen our team and help us develop innovative banking services.</p><p>Your passions are user-centered design, design thinking, usability and UI design. Your extensive experience in the field allows you to provide both leadership and help to grow the profession. You perfectly know the design patterns of iOS &amp; Android but also state of the art web technologies such as React, Angular or Vue.js and have fun creating the best experience for the user.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your key responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>As the Lead UX / UI designer (m/w/d) you are the central go to person and sparrings partner for the UX / UI aspects of our digital client channels. You coordinate the design process involving the designers of all our teams and align design and branding aspects with our stakeholders in the organisation</p></li><li><p>You analyse new and complex requirements from the business and the user’s point of view and develop the UX and the Visual Design in interdisciplinary teams.</p></li><li><p>You work according to the "user centered design" processes, especially in the context of mobile &amp; web projects of various sizes and complexities.</p></li><li><p>You develop the look and feel of the brand and routinely implement all design details up to the documentation.</p></li><li><p>In prototyping sessions, you consider target groups and user requirements with an eye for holistic user experience.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your skills and experiences</b></p><ul><li><p>You bring extensive experience in UX / UI functions ideally as Lead Designer with extensive impact on product design and leadership</p></li><li><p>Your excellent communication (fluent written and spoken English) and interpersonal skills allow you to be effective among a large and diverse group of stakeholders as well as team members</p></li><li><p>You have comprehensive knowledge in user experience and user interface design, and you know the iOS User Interface Guidelines and Android Material Guidelines by heart.</p></li><li><p>You are an expert in leading design &amp; prototyping tools like Figma and Sketch (must), Adobe Creative Cloud, Flinto, InVision or similar. You are familiar with Jira and Confluence.</p></li><li><p>Your portfolio speaks for yourself, your design talent,
your meticulous work and your understanding of design as a problem-solving process.
