Due to growth, we are adding an additional Talent Acquisition Partner to our Specialty Pharmacy team.
Our ideal candidate is able to recruit for 15 to 45+ postings at a time ranging from hourly onsite pharmacy techs to remote leadership spanning all departments which may include pharmacy, shipping/receiving, customer service call center, national sales, IT, etc. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Navitus Talent Acquisition, with dotted line to the GM of Lumicera. This is a salaried, direct hire role.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will source, screen, and present top candidates to hiring managers, and provide support as needed to ensure an exceptional experience for managers and candidates. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Partner will assist in the development, implementation, and continuous review and adjustment of a talent acquisition strategy for the organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also assist with preparation and maintenance of recruiting-related HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team? • Meet with managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, required skills, and potential talent sources.• Actively source and screen qualified candidates through external recruiting sources and build a diverse talent pipeline.• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.• Market the organization to potential candidates by providing compelling information about the company’s mission, strategic priorities, and employment value proposition.• Utilize a combination of social media, job posting boards, and other external opportunities to build awareness of the organization.• Support managers by providing recommended interview guides for candidate selection.• Participate in process improvement activities and work in conjunction with HR team to build and enhance HR processes.• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of exposure to full-life cycle recruiting experience, or equivalent HR experience, required.
- Knowledge of recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skill required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
- The ability to work additional hours when work volume is high is required.
