The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of AWS cloud services and IT server infrastructure, driving technical projects from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you are passionate about driving IT projects with a focus on automation, cloud, and infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <h2><b>What You’ll Do</b></h2> <p><br/> Lead and manage complex IT projects related to CI/CD implementation, automation, and infrastructure optimization.<br/> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices.<br/> Oversee project scope, objectives, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.<br/> Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans.<br/> Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure IT infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and meets performance objectives.<br/> Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in IT operations.<br/> Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.<br/> Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging Agile and DevOps methodologies.<br/> Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.</p> <h2><b>About You</b></h2> <p><br/> 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.<br/> Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).<br/> Familiarity with database administration (DBA) principles, including performance tuning, backup strategies, and cloud-based database services.<br/> General knowledge of AWS cloud services, and cloud networking concepts.<br/> Experience managing IT server infrastructure projects, including virtualization, networking, and security considerations.<br/> Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.<br/> Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/> Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.<br/> Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience working in iterative development environments.</p> <h2><b>What We’d Prefer</b></h2> <p><br/> Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)</p> <h2><b>Diversity, Equity and Inclusion</b></h2> <p><br/> We believe that a team of unique individuals creates a dynamic, modern and fun work environment.
