As our new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle of all headquarter and operational management-positions within TSH. Through candidate sourcing, partnering with recruitment agencies, pipeline management, data and reporting and the training of/liaising with hiring managers - you’ll successfully connect awesome talent to TSH. By providing a ‘best in class’- candidate experience, you make sure that all candidates become a true TSH fan and future guest -no matter the outcome.

What You’ll Do 

• You’ll act as a recruitment business partner – providing outstanding guidance to hiring teams to help shape their needs, matching them to those of TSH and the external (and internal) talent
• You’ll own full-cycle recruitment for all HQ and operational management roles within TSH
• By being organized and efficient in your work, you'll create a seamless candidate experience. You'll maintain clear lines of communication with your team, hiring managers and candidates regardless of geographic location
• You’ll be responsible for all outgoing offers, partnering closely with HR to make sure all offers are correct and in line with our framework  
• You’ll meet up for weekly stakeholder-meetings with your hiring partners and provide them with monthly reporting on the status of their open roles
• You’ll ensure a smooth transition from recruitment into onboarding, partnering with local managers and other teams within the People and Culture department  
• Your wizard-like organizational skills allow you optimize our ATS use, actively building out and managing talent pools as well as external job-boards
• You keep it cool when things don't go according to plan and are prepared to find a quick solution to solve the issue
• You’ll measure your success of hiring, strategy and effectiveness through data and reporting

Who You Are 

• You have at least 5 years of working experience as a recruiter, either corporate or agency-side
• You have a bachelor’s degree, or not – we don’t mind. What’s most important is a track record in successfully connecting candidates to employers
• You know the job-market like no other and have experience in working with targeted recruitment marketing and branding, job boards and recruitment agencies
• You’re a super organizer who is detail focused. Nothing gets by you!
• You have experience working with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems (we work with Greenhouse) 
• Hands-on Sourcing experience is a big plus
• Fluency in English, any other languages are a nice to have
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• You’re an EU citizen or you have a valid Dutch work permit
