Direct the seamless execution of all General Merchandise Merchandising at new/remodel store projects. Coordinate efforts of Relay Associates with those of the store team, to maintain the best shopper experience. Attend all owner meetings to verify that all construction/merchandising efforts stay coordinated throughout the project. Coordinate and supervise merchandising and construction coordination in new/remodeled stores. - Model “Customer 1st” behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Coordinates and schedules all General Group merchandise moves in remodels
- Schedules and manages all General Merchandise Relay Personnel at project sites
- Schedule vendor support for remodel stores
- Maintain "shopability" in remodel stores
- Track/control General Group relay payroll for new and remodel stores
- Maintain established merchandising standards for General Group division
- Manage remodel process for General Group division/new and remodel stores
- Read and interpret blue prints
- Audit the execution of fixture receiving done by the assigned installer at job site and impact on order guides and arrival dates
- Maintain established site standards
- Travel independently as needed
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

Minimum
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), assistant manager training, MAGIC training, one year Fred Meyer reset experience, plus 2 years experience in retail management, or combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass drug test
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends on a regular basis
- Ability to work any shift
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Accuracy/attention to detail
- Ability to organize/prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
- Ability to work within strict time frames
- Ability to operate a PLT/Symbol unit
- Valid driver's license
- Lift truck license/certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification
Desired
- Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
- Ten-key by touch 4,000 SPH
- Typing 40 WPM
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
