Visit our website: Heineken (<a href="https://heineken-dt.pl/">heineken-dt.pl</a>)</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Regional Digital Solutions Manager </strong>will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and growth within the On Trade sector across Europe.  Reporting to the Regional Digital Solutions Lead Growth, Commerce, this position is responsible for executing a digital strategy that supports the growth objectives of the On Trade channel, addressing its complexities, and creating unified digital solutions for various business models (direct, indirect, and multi-category). This role will focus on streamlining processes, accelerating digital adoption, and ensuring the region is positioned to capitalize on growth opportunities through innovative digital platforms and customer-centric solutions.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities would include:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>leading Regional On Trade D&amp;T Initiatives: drive digital transformation projects for the On Trade sector, ensuring alignment with regional growth goals and business needs</li> <li>liaising between Regional On Trade &amp; D&amp;T: Serve as the main contact between regional On Trade teams and D&amp;T, ensuring digital solutions meet regional challenges and business objectives</li> <li>converting regional needs into D&amp;T Solutions: collaborate with On Trade teams to define and prioritize digital requirements, developing actionable roadmaps for execution</li> <li>ensuring adoption &amp; value realization: oversee the adoption and utilization of digital solutions in the On Trade sector, tracking performance and optimizing for value</li> <li>simplify regional digital landscape: lead efforts to streamline and integrate digital solutions, reducing fragmentation and increasing operational efficiency</li> <li>coordinating with global teams: work with global teams to deploy solutions regionally, ensuring local needs are met and effectively integrated into global platforms</li> <li>implementing emerging technologies: identify and deploy innovative digital solutions that drive growth and operational improvement in the On Trade sector</li> <li>measuring &amp; improving performance: track key performance metrics, optimizing digital solutions to improve efficiency, NPS, and ROI in the On Trade region</li> <li>supporting regional financial &amp; strategic planning: ensure digital initiatives align with regional financial goals and contribute to business growth</li> <li>managing digital risks &amp; compliance: mitigate risks and ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards in the On Trade region.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You are a good candidate if you have:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>8+ years experience required in a similar role and in a international environment;  ideally with experience both in local and global teams</li> <li>advanced degree in fields such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field</li> <li>professional certifications in project management, data analytics, or specific digital technologies can be advantageous</li> <li>experienced across a wide range of Information Technology disciplines including Project Management, Business Information Management, Consultancy, Service Management and Improvement, Software Development</li> <li>proficiency in English (at least B2 level). </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You are a perfect match if you also have:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>strategic yet delivery-focused: Able to think strategically and align On Trade business needs with actionable, practical digital solutions that drive results, while ensuring efficient and effective delivery</li> <li>collaborative leadership skills, capable of working across both On Trade business teams and global D&amp;T teams to ensure digital solutions are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and add value</li> <li>excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels to drive digital adoption and ensure successful implementation</li> <li>strong execution and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on ensuring the delivery of digital initiatives that improve On Trade performance and achieve measurable results. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>At <strong>HEINEKEN Kraków</strong>, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
