As a Technical Program Manager, you will be working on our technology platform. You will work collaboratively with data, engineering, product and design leaders to coordinate planning cycles. You will be responsible for driving large, company-wide initiatives from start to finish, building consensus and confidence along the way. Your role entails leading regular check-ins with agile working groups, helping keep deliverables on track, and leading change as you anticipate how others might be impacted.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • Work closely with the Director, Data Services, Data Science Manager and Data Engineering manager to train teams on program standards and principles
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of complex data projects ensuring scope, timelines and resources are effectively managed. 
  • Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, analysts, software developers, and other teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data strategies, including data governance, data quality, data integration, and data security.
  • Continuously assess your program teams’ Agile maturity level and elevate our Agile adoption to the next level, with the ultimate goal of delivering great software to our customers quickly, often and safely
  • Facilitate organizational change by driving adoption of new data processes, practices and methodologies 
  • Create outcome driven roadmaps, detailed project timelines and make adjustments as needed, setting clear expectations for the program
  • Elicit and document detailed requirements for data projects, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and technical specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project plans, requirements, technical specifications and process workflows.
  • Identify and proactively address potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact project success. Develop mitigation plans and escalate when necessary.
  • Foster trust and collaboration across the teams; make it safe to challenge, experiment, and fail without fear
  • Foster continuous celebration of successes and learnings from the past
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
