Job Summary

Savor the experience! As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee dynamic dining environments and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. You will lead front-of-house operations, supervise team performance, and coordinate with culinary and service teams to deliver seamless and elevated hospitality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations

• Manage front-of-house team schedules and assignments

• Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction standards

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Collaborate with culinary team to meet service goals

• Drive operational efficiency and profitability

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred

• 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience

• Proficient in inventory systems and point-of-sale technology

• Food Safety and Alcohol Service certifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule - including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
