Candidates must be adept at leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Amazon Q Developer) to accelerate delivery, while applying strict human oversight to validate, secure, and maintain complex enterprise code. Candidate should have experience in designing and writing AI models.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular 21 front-end code.</li> <li>Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks.</li> <li>Ensure AI-generated outputs strictly adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards.</li> <li>Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree and&nbsp;10+ years of software engineering experience.</li> <li>5+ years experience in Java/Springboot, Angular(version 17 or higher), PostgreSQL, and AWS environments.</li> <li>2+ years demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows.</li> <li>Candidate should have experience in designing and writing AI models.</li> <li>Excellent debugging and architectural design skills to steer AI agents effectively.</li> <li>Active Top Secret clearance and willingness to go onsite in Chantilly, VA.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Containerization: Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Doc
