We are seeking a People Project Specialist to support our People Team Leaders and teams in the planning and coordination of key People projects supporting People culture, engagement, and initiatives across our organization. The People Project Specialist will play a pivotal role in our success by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company goals and organizational objectives. In addition to coordinating projects, The People Project Specialist will provide administrative support to our Chief People Officer. The ideal candidate will work closely with the People Business Partners (PBP) to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to employees.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Provide executive support to the Chief People Officer  (CPO), including managing travel arrangements, expenses, maintaining calendars, and planning meetings and events.
• Coordinate People team events and activities (off sites, town halls)
• Partner with People team leadership to identify, plan, and prioritize HR projects and initiatives based on business needs and strategic objectives
• Coordinate and maintain the People Team initiatives calendar
• Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives, including benchmarking best practices and analyzing industry trends
• Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders on cross-functional projects

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources administrative position 
• High level of proficiency in Google business platform, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
• Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and on self-directed tasks to meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a primary focus on core responsibilities
• Workday experience a plus but not required

The expected salary range for this role is $63,852 to $85,170 To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
