Job Specific Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the credit department remains adaptable, resilient, and aligned with the broader business strategy.
- Support the design and implementation of commercial credit analysis and review processes focused on efficiency, speed of response to customers, system controls for policy and data integrity.
- Adapt and implement comprehensive standardized credit procedures and policies.
- Lead outsourcing/offshoring initiatives for credit processes.
- Provide input on strategic vision for end-to-end commercial credit process design and optimization.
- Support commercial credit systems strategy for reporting, capacity management, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Technology, Operations, and other business units.
- Accountable for adherence to allocated budget.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and BSA/AML requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years' experience in Commercial, Ag, CRE and/or Consumer credit analysis.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Work Environment:
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
