Artera is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our passionate team. As a Business Development Associate at Artera, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and influence in the medical AI sector. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative business development initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential collaborators to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the healthcare and oncology sectors.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare institutions, research organizations, and other potential partners, to create collaborative ventures that advance Artera's mission.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by pitching Artera's AI-driven solutions to potential clients, negotiating agreements, and closing deals. This includes building a robust partnership pipeline and achieving or exceeding volume targets.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Artera's products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical AI to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of market entry strategies and work on expanding Artera's presence in target regions and markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Artera, including the technical and research teams, to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and key performance metrics to the leadership team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or analytical feel field
  • Proven experience in business development, consulting or partnerships,ideally within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical AI and oncology landscape, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry conferences as needed.
