Job Summary:
Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division has an open opportunity as a Manager, Sales Engineering. The Manager, Sales Engineering will lead a global team of sales engineers to provide technical guidance for gas product customers preparing tailored solutions, and driving high-value enterprise deals.
What you will do:
Bridge technical expertise with sales strategy; leading a team of sales engineers to deliver customized solutions for complex gas projects.
Partner with sales leadership to act as key sponsor in high-stakes, technical deals and provide escalation support.
Define and implement a global technical support operating model – allowing for specific regional needs.
Team leadership and talent management - train & mentor global sales engineers to provide technical support for gas projects balance of plant.
