The payrate for this PRN (weekday and weekend availability as needed) position is $50.00 per hour. **Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities:

· Provide Physical Therapy services that are individualized to the patient, including screening, assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation

· Supervise and direct PTA in the implementation and progress of the patient treatment plan

· Communicate patient status and needs to the patient, the patient’s family, and other healthcare professionals, as appropriate

· Complete documentation timely for billing and payroll

Required skills and qualifications:

*Active Physical Therapist license in Florida

* Previous SNF therapy experience
