You will play a pivotal role in shaping our performance management systems, enhancing leadership skills, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. This role is perfect for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for making a meaningful impact.<br/><br/>You will be reporting to our Chief People Officer and will be in charge of:</p><ul> <li>Develop and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned with the overall business strategy</li> <li>Set and drive the performance review process and provide managers with constant support, acting as a trusted advisor</li> <li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and the preservation of team members.</li> <li>Nurture a positive working environment</li> <li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs</li> <li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management</li> <li>Manage relationships with our Staff Representatives (CSE in France).</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience—What's your profile 👀</strong></p><p>Do you have a strong experience in HR?
