Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated behavioral health professional to provide Supported Employment and Housing Services for members with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting members in obtaining and maintaining employment following SAMHSA’s Supported Employment Core Principles.
  • Assisting in housing support and placement through Housing First/Permanent Supportive Housing models.
  • Conducting intakes, assessments, and individualized case planning.
  • Coordinating with the clinical team and housing specialists to secure community-based resources.
  • Managing financial assistance funds for housing needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: HS Diploma/GED + 4 years of behavioral health experience OR a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with at-risk populations and housing case management.
  • Knowledge of community resources, workforce development, and housing resources. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Care preferred.
  • Licensure: Must obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 8 weeks of hire.
  • Transportation: Reliable vehicle, valid AZ Driver’s License, and state minimum insurance coverage.
