📝 Summary:
Shamin Hotels is one of the largest and fastest-growing hotel management companies, is seeking a dedicated Overnight Security Guard for our beautiful Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Virginia Beach to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

What You’ll Do:

• Patrol hotel grounds, public areas, guest floors, and back-of-house areas during overnight hours
• Respond swiftly and professionally to guest concerns, disturbances, or emergency situations
• Monitor security systems and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a guest-first attitude
• Complete detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with management
• Support overnight staff with safety-related concerns and ensure doors, access points, and facilities are secure

Qualifications

• Previous experience with hotels and food & beverage establishments.
• Strong teamwork, observation skills and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-stress situations
• Must be dependable, professional, and have a high level of integrity
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
