Schedule: Availability: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with every other weekend                                 

SUMMARY:
As a Housekeeper at ElderOne, your strong commitment to cleanliness and excellent customer service skills are vital in maintaining a sanitized and hospitable environment for all.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning & Maintenance. Perform home management tasks per the Housekeeping Plan of Care, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry and kitchen clean up; report any noted unsafe environmental conditions or changes in the patient's physical or mental behavior to the supervisor
• Communication. Demonstrate respect for the rights, dignity and self-worth of all participants, family members and co-workers at all times
• Documentation. Complete and submit activity sheets timely, neatly and accurately in accordance with documentation expectations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• None.
   

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ElderONE only: 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred.
• Previous experience of a minimum of one year of light housework or assistance with household tasks for individuals at home due to illness or incapacity to perform these tasks preferred.
• Meets agency expectations for employment
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• 18 years of age or older

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
