The Role

In this role, you will lead and guide strategic initiatives focused on organizational transformation, change adoption, and process optimization. You will work collaboratively with senior leadership across Kyndryl’s business units, analyzing their operations and providing innovative recommendations to drive meaningful and lasting change. 

As a Transformation, Adoption and Change Lead, you will make a tangible impact on the success of Kyndryl’s internal transformation initiatives. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, conducting interviews and gathering relevant data to gain invaluable insights into their functions and priorities. You will assess current operations, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, partnering with leaders to develop and execute actionable plans for transformation. 
 
Using your understanding of Kyndryl’s strategic objectives, unique business needs and transformation goals, you will develop comprehensive strategies and action plans that drive transformative results and focus on change adoption for impacted stakeholders.  You will also monitor the progress of implemented strategies and change methodologies and measure their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that our internal transformations achieve the best possible outcomes. 
 
Using your Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting skills, you will define and drive large-scale change approaches that span Kyndryl’s business units, functions, and geographies. You will work directly with internal stakeholders to understand the impact of the transformation leveraging our proven OCM methodology to manage resistance, mitigate risk and ensure a positive change experience for Kyndryls.

Required Skills and Experience 

• Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in Organizational Change Management or a related field, preferably focused on large-scale, cross-functional transformations with experience in business strategy consulting or a related field.
