What you’ll be doing:

You’ll lead your shift with passion, openness and responsibility. You stay calm under pressure, step in wherever you’re needed and inspire the team to keep the spirit alive.

Your day-to-day:

• Keep your shift running smoothly with a hands-on approach
• Help prepare and serve dishes when needed
• Guide, motivate and support your team during the shift
• Maintain hygiene, quality and service standards
• Keep track of stock and pitch in with ordering supplies

What you bring:

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or similar field
• A friendly attitude, strong teamwork skills and reliability
• First experience leading a team of 5+people
• Comfortable with shift work and weekends
• Fluent English skills, at least German basic skills and basic PC knowledge
• We support your application for the ID, you just need a clean criminal record

We’re opening our second restaurant on an army base and you have the chance to be part of this story. Few of our other locations come this close to our American roots.
