- Your mission at Climeworks is to build a network of global HNWI’s and UHNWI’s, helping Climeworks to scale faster and accomplish our mission to reach at least 1billion ton of CO2 removal by 2050.
- Your main focus is on developing strategic relationships and influential partnerships which you will do successfully by proactively reaching out to potential clients and partners to introduce our services and establish connections.
- You develop and present compelling proposals that address client needs, lead negotiations, and successfully close new deals.
- You strategically identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influential personalities in order to position Climeworks as a valuable and trusted partner among HNWIs.
- You represent Climeworks at speaking engagements.
Requirements
- You have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental sciences or Economics.
- You have at least 8 years of relevant work experience in commercial roles. Prior experience in the carbon credit market is a plus.
- You have demonstrated experience working with HNWIs, ideally also with UHNWIs and possess in-depth knowledge of events and activities that are significant to the interests and preferences of the HNWI target group.
- You look back on a proven track record of building and maintaining a robust network of HNWIs and you have the ability to leverage existing relationships for business development and networking opportunities.
- You consider yourself an inspiring and engaging networker with the skill to connect with individuals on a personal and professional level and feel comfortable initiating and fostering relationships that contribute to the growth of the business.
- Additionally, you are willing to travel up to 30% and are fluent in English and ideally in French or German as well.
- You are passionate about the climate and can’t wait to support Climeworks scaling up its technology to remove carbon dioxide from the air.
At Climeworks, we carefully consider market indicators to determine the compensation model for our positions. The salary range has been set by factors such as function, career level, and location and therefore may vary. The US base salary for this full-time position is typically $150,000-$180,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We use the recruitment process to determine your career level, job-related skills, and depth of experience to make an informed and fair salary offer.
