With expanded adult recommendations and a dynamic competitive landscape, Prevnar 20 adult is well positioned to continue making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.</p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Senior Director, HCP Team Lead, the Med Ed Director will lead Medical Education strategy and execution for Prevnar 20 Adult, including KOL engagement, clinical narrative development, and HCP education initiatives. This role will partner closely with Medical, Sales, Global teams, and agency partners to ensure impactful execution, strengthen the brand's competitive position, and drive business results. The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate insight into action.</p><p></p><p>Role Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the strategy and execution of Medical Education initiatives, including KOL engagement and advancement of the Prevnar 20 adult clinical narrative.</li><li>Partner with Medical to compliantly translate emerging data into commercial relevance and evolve the brand story.</li><li>Collaborate with agencies and U.S./Global brand teams to ensure the Medical Education strategy remains competitive and responsive to market dynamics.</li><li>Work closely with Field Leadership to incorporate customer insights and enable effective execution of Medical Education programs.</li></ul><p></p><p>Basic Qualifications</p><ul><li>8+ years of pharmaceutical experience preferred </li><li>Bachelor’s degree required </li><li>HCP marketing experience required – Medical Education experiences preferred</li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority </li><li>Change agile and dependable; ability to create deliverables in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership </li><li>Demonstrated success in maintaining <span>productive/collaborative</span> relationships with internal and external business partners  </li></ul><p>  <br/>Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.<br/>Work Location <span>Assignment: Hybrid</span></p><p>LAST DAY TO APPLY: 08/19/2026</p> The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
