Nike’s Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) Creative Operations team is a team of enterprise thinkers, who are experts in bringing Marketing Concepts and Ideas to life. We operationalize, resource, track, manage and execute creative projects in partnership with APLA’s Brand Marketing team (Digital, Social, Retail + Integrated Media). We sit at APLA’s headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, but we serve five Territories throughout Asia, the Pacific Islands, and Latin America. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Creative Producer who can manage and drive multi-faceted projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope and on-budget delivery of final content, driven to Nike’s Brand Standards. Creative Producers are responsible for intaking briefs from Brand partners, buiding workback schedules, managing Creative + Production budgets, ensuring work is reviewed by key partners, and ultimately producing content for multiple workstreams at any given time. The Creative Producer knows the exact status of their project(s), works cross-functionally to solve problems, and elevates opportunities and risks as needed. They are the key driver of creative workstreams and are responsible for managing and delivering creative deliverables on time to the Marketplace.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Manage Production and Post-Production workstreams within the APLA Brand Creative Studio.
Project contact for Global, Geo + Territory partners
Drive the Creative process aligned to Nike Code and Marketing process
Responsible for on-time, on-budget and on-scope delivery of final content to Geo/Territory partners
Brand Creative Production Expert
Project planning and tracking, schedule + process driving, vendor relationships and contracts, budget management (estimates, POs, invoicing, + actuals)
Content Production—manage external partners to produce and deliver photo/video shoots within Nike Production best practices
Communicates risks, opportunities and solutions to key partners and team members
Fosters positive ways of working and implements strategic solutions to keep the workstreams on track
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Nike functions in a matrix, meaning Creative Producers will work horizontall and vertically with various cross-functional teams. They will work closely with their Project Management and Studio Operations partners to define partnerships, communications and touchpoints that will ensure all key partners remain consulted and informed throughout the life of the project. WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Fashion, Marketing, Design or a related field
5+ years experience in Brand or Design Operations
Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business partners
Stills and Motion production and post-production experience for national or international marketing
Strong collaboration skills. Curiosity in ambiguity. High performance standards. Entrepreneurial attitude. Excitement for the Nike Brand!
Interesting, curiosity, and/or experience working in a multi-cultural office
Proven track record of managing complicated creative worktreams and deliverying on time & within budget
Travel 10% of the time
