Global Manager Wind Offshore (m/f/d)

We can offer you the following tasks

 

We are looking for a Global Manager for the Wind Offshore market segment to strengthen and expand strategically relevant ship applications in marine sales. As Global Manager you will be part of a dedicated team and responsible for the development and strategic direction of the Wind Offshore business unit. As an internal and external expert for this market segment, you will be in daily contact with global sales colleagues, act as an expert for customers, speak at seminars and conferences and shape the product portfolio for the offshore wind market segment together with the specialist departments. 

The main tasks are as follows:

 

• Global internal and external market segment wind offshore expert
• Consolidation of global market information and derivation of new trends and market requirements for a forward-looking orientation of the offshore wind market segment  
• Development of a global market strategy for the offshore wind market segment 
• Collaboration on the product portfolio for the offshore wind market segment
• Participation in seminars/conferences and trade fairs, contact person for designers
• Planning and implementation of global sales and marketing campaigns together with regional sales colleagues
• Coordination of sales activities together with regional sales colleagues for relevant offshore wind projects
• Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of sales tools (e.g. presentations) and training of sales colleagues
• Sales responsibility for strategically relevant global wind offshore projects
• Negotiator for strategically relevant global wind offshore projects  
• Sales responsibility for the introduction of new products and solutions for wind offshore

You can help us with these qualifications

 

• University degree as an engineer / industrial engineer with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Organized and structured way of working, high degree of personal responsibility, strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ideally network, knowledge and practical experience in the wind offshore industry
• Strong customer and solution orientation
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Confident use of MS Office products and knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
