For external candidates, this position has to sit in our Boise office and will be required to come into the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Our team at Equifax Digital Solutions (EDS) is looking for a Data Warehouse Manager to lead a team of Data Engineers and enable the organization to effectively leverage data assets for decision-making, innovation and strategic growth. This individual will ensure EDS legacy products are getting data seamlessly into the data fabric, new products have a path forward to deliver real-time data, and customers are supported with real-time reporting. We’re looking for someone that will help the team use their engineering skills to optimize data processing and storage systems for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

What you’ll do

• Supervise the daily activities of the team of Data Engineers and held accountable for team performance

• Identify and resolve problems that affect day-to-day operational success

• Make decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receive guidance and oversight from manager

• Develop plans and lead resources to meet operational objectives within area of responsibility; may contribute to the development of strategy in partnership with Senior Managers

What experience you need

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field

• Minimum of 10 years Data Warehouse/Performance experience (data standards, data movement and performance including usage/expense)

• Knowledge of related software tools

• Previous success leading mission-critical technology projects

• Minimum 5 years experience using ETL tools to facilitate data aggregation

• Minimum 2 years experience with Python and bash scripting, SQL

• At least 2 years experience with Snowflake
