We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting/AP Inventory Clerk to join our Finance team at Three Ten Merch.  

What you'll do:

• Work directly with the accounting and production team daily to ensure purchase orders are received accurately and items are built accordingly. 
• Weekly/monthly review of account transactions with the general ledger, including WIP (work in process) and cost of goods
• Ensure all POs are received in/booked complete.
• Assist with WIP Reconciliation mid-month – month end.
• Monthly Reconciliation of item receipts against COGS.
• Review/reconcile vendor statements monthly.
• Interact with vendor/suppliers via email responding to payment requests and/or invoice discrepancies.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance
• Quickbooks Enterprise
• Monday to manage production and maintain touring calendar
• MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
• Google Docs

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.California Pay Range$68,700—$68,700 USD
