Position Summary
 The Demand Planning intern will directly contribute to e.l.f. Beauty’s forecasted demand. This individual will support the Demand Planning team and work with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and ensure on-time delivery tasks. We are looking for an intern that dedicate 30/40 hours a week to assist the Demand Planning Team with many projects! This is a great opportunity for current Seniors/Recent graduates that are looking to pursue a future career in Planning/Demand Planning/Supply Chain.  Responsibilities:- Assist in ad hoc data analysis projects- Communicate with cross-functional teams, obtaining essential data from key stakeholders and transferring it to necessary locations- Follow up with cross-functional teams on action items from S&OP calls- Take detailed notes in S&OP meetings and fast follow sharing recaps to teams- Contribute ideas and insights in team discussions- Contribute to development of bottom-up demand planning models
Requirements:- Able to commit to a 9-12 month internship-Able to commit 30-40 hours/week- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate university or recent graduate, majoring in or closely related to Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Science- Ability and willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones in a virtual environment- Superior organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)- Detail focused; able to compare multiple sources of information to verify all match up accordingly- Flexibility to adjust to work in a fast-paced environment and make prioritization judgments against current resources and budget while keeping bigger-picture business goals in mind- Comfortable managing and influencing cross-functional teams such as brand marketing, visual merchandising, operations, creative, etc- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; must be able to use Pivot Tables and VlookupsThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
