Overview

East Penn is currently seeking a Salesforce Analyst/Administrator to configure, maintain, and manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business and our users.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Duties and Responsibilities

     

    • Configure and maintain our CRM system, ensuring that it is fully optimized to meet business needs.
    • Develop and implement workflows, processes, and automation to improve the efficiency of our sales and related teams.
    • Advocate designs with minimal customization by leveraging robust “out of the box” configuration features.
    • Manage security and access for all users, ensuring that our data is secure and confidential.
    • Manage data import/export processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insight into our performance.
    • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring that they are equipped to use CRM software to its full potential.
    • Work closely with stakeholders, inside and outside of sales, to ensure that CRM is integrated with other systems and processes.
    • Monitor and maintain system health, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
    • Help to optimize technology investments throughout their lifecycle.
    • Evaluate ever-changing capabilities that come with regular software releases to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop business requirements for technology requests.
    • Follow East Penn’s best practices in executing responsibilities that include the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of projects; coordination of project activities; collaborating with project team members; developing measurable project goals and objectives; and monitoring progress toward achievement.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

 

  • 0-3 years of work experience in CRM system administration and/or analysis with a strong understanding of best practices
  • Previous analytic, developer and/or project management experience is a plus
  • Experience with data import/export and data management best practices
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs is a plus

 

Education/Certification

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred
  • Equivalent level of education, training and experience may be considered
  • CRM administrator certification is preferred but not required
