WSP USA is currently initiating a search for a full-time Graphic Artist and Production Designer in any city where we have a major office.  A few options include Tampa, Atlanta, Portland, Chicago, Phoenix and Dallas, to just name a few.  Be involved in projects with our award-winning Strategic Growth Team - a multi-faceted and industry-best marketing, sales and communications organization in support of our Earth & Environment business across the US. 

Your Impact

• Works successfully under the direction of senior designers.
• Creates highly polished, aesthetically pleasing, original artwork, illustrations, and visual solutions, using custom graphic design, infographics, video clips and motion graphics, audio, text, and statistical data, delivered in print and online formats.
• Maintains knowledge of and proficiency with the latest technologies and trends in the graphic design environment. May require researching and employing new software technology and design/development techniques.
• Collaborates with project managers and teams, including accepting critiques and addressing feedback
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Highly collaborative.
• Excellent listener and communicator.
• High proficiency in planning and communicating ideas and messages using visual and textual content.
• High proficiency in developing visual content for a variety of digital and print platforms.
• High proficiency in designing interactive experiences across multiple digital platforms.
• High proficiency in taking a project task from start to finish. 
• Experience designing for tradeshows/conferences and social media.
   

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• BA in Graphic Design
• 2+ years’ experience in the AEC industry supporting pursuits and proposals in InDesign
• 7+ years’ experience as a graphic designer
• Advanced experience using graphic design principles such as color, form, and balance to create original design concepts that inform and engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• High proficiency in Mac or PC-based Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, MS Teams and other collaboration software/sites.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $86,700 - $154,330
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $86,700 - $144,870

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
